Shipping Policy for Will’s Exotics
At Will’s Exotics, we are committed to providing safe and reliable shipping of our live animals and merchandise. Please read our shipping policy carefully to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
1. Shipping of Live Animals
• Availability & Order Processing:
Orders for live reptiles and other exotic animals are processed Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Thursday will be shipped the following week to ensure proper handling and minimal transit time.
• Shipping Schedule:
We ship via expedited overnight carriers to ensure your animals arrive promptly and safely. Shipping is generally scheduled for Monday through Wednesday, avoiding weekend transit and minimizing stress on the animals.
• Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship only within [Specify States/Countries]. Certain species may have additional restrictions—please contact us for details.
• Temperature Considerations:
Live animal shipments are dependent on weather conditions. We reserve the right to delay shipments if extreme temperatures could jeopardize animal health. We will notify you if weather conditions prevent immediate shipping.
• Packing & Handling:
All animals are carefully packed in appropriate, secure containers with suitable bedding, ventilation, and moisture levels to ensure comfort during transit.
• Arrival & Receipt:
Customers are responsible for receiving shipments promptly upon arrival. Please inspect your package immediately and contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues.

2. Shipping of Merchandise
• Processing & Shipping Time:
Merchandise orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping methods include USPS, FedEx, or UPS, with options for expedited shipping at checkout.
• Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, size, and destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
• Delivery & Expectations:
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or recipient’s absence.

We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit.
