Thank you for choosing Will’s Exotics, your trusted exotic reptile breeder. Please review our return and refund policy below:
Live Reptiles:
1 Health Guarantee:
We guarantee that all live reptiles shipped are healthy and in good condition at the time of delivery. If your reptile arrives dead or shows signs of illness, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for verification.
2 Returns and Refunds:
◦ Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns.
◦ If your reptile arrives deceased or unhealthy, we will offer a replacement or store credit upon receipt of proof (photos) within the specified timeframe.
3 Replacement Policy:
◦ Replacements are subject to availability.
◦ We reserve the right to request additional information or photos to process claims.
4 Shipping Damages:
◦ Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
◦ If your reptile was damaged during transit, contact us within 24 hours with photos for resolution.
Merchandise (Non-Live Items):
1 Returns:
◦ Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
◦ Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
2 Refunds:
◦ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
◦ Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3 Return Process:
